In force Companies House lists the undertaking as dated 20 August 2025 and the ban as running from 10 September 2025 to 9 September 2036. The Insolvency Service said the ban started on Wednesday 10 September.

Companies House records an undertaking under section 7 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 for conduct while acting for Globepoint Associates Ltd. The Insolvency Service said she obtained two 50,000 pound Bounce Back Loans for the company from separate banks within five days in May 2020, when the company was eligible for one. It said the company went into liquidation in March 2023 with both loans outstanding.1,2,3
