Lex Greensill: director ban
In force Companies House lists the ban as running from 23 June 2026 to 22 June 2035.
Grounds
Companies House records the undertaking under section 7 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 for conduct while acting for three Greensill companies. The Insolvency Service said his conduct breached his duty under the Companies Act 2006 to exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence.
