Nathan Tinkler: director ban
Ended ASIC said the ban of three years and nine months took effect on 18 May 2017. The end date of 17 February 2021 is calculated from that start and length, ASIC did not state one. On that calculation the ban has run.
Grounds
ASIC said that, based on liquidators' reports, it was concerned the directors had failed to prevent the companies trading while insolvent, failed to ensure taxes were paid, failed to discharge their duties as directors and allowed one company to deliberately operate at a loss.1
