In force Companies House lists the ban as running from 20 July 2023 to 19 July 2034.

Companies House records the undertaking under section 7 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 for conduct while acting for Carillion PLC. Building reported that the Insolvency Service said Khan caused the company to rely on false and misleading financial information for its 2016 accounts.^1,4
